Neste Abp:s djurfett-företagsköp och en detektivuppgift

Neste Abp pressmeddelade idag om att de förvärvat majoriteten i holländska familjebolaget IH Demeter BV, som är verksamt inom djurfett-branschen, Pressmeddelande innehöll inga uppgifter om köpeskillingen och artikelskribenten har inte heller hittat någon uppgift om IH Demeters omsättning eller övriga siffror. Bakgrunden till företagsköpet ligger i att djurfett har blivit en central råvara i Nestes framgångsrika biodieselproduktion och företaget behöver stora mängder av varan. Detektivuppgift Som ett sidospår uppstår det ett uppdrag för Zenostock-användarnas detektivavdelning. I Finland finns ett industriföretag vid namn Honkajoki Oy som producerar djurfett av slaktavfall. Honkajoki Oy:s omsättning uppgick till 30 miljoner euro år 2016 enligt uppgift på bolagets hemsida. Efter detta har dock Honkajoki investerat i ökad produktionskapacitet.
