10 ‘cheap’ (somewhat) larger companies from the Nordic region. The selection is performed among somewhat larger Nordic companies that all receive a high Star-classification using Zenostocks rating for cheap stocks. The portfolio x-ray and the graphs reveal a particularly poor development for the year 2022 so far (-43 %). This has resulted in a valuation for the portfolio that is clearly the lowest during the last ten years and at half the average historical valuation level. An investment of 50 000 euros gives a share in book equity of the same size, a share in earnings of 3 925 euros and a dividend income of 2 835 euros. The earnings levels for the portfolio companies faces pressures and note that the portfolio contains an outsized share of construction companies. (10.6.2022)
